About me

I am currently a postdoctoral research fellow at HEC Montreal. I am a member of CIRRELT and GERAD. I am conducting research in the field of transportation science.

Before, I was a postdoctoral research fellow under the supervision of Professor Alexandre Dolgui at IMT Atlantique, Nantes, France. I was conducting research in the field of manufacturing systems. During my Ph. D., I was working mainly on healthcare operations, especially from logistics system perspective. In my research, I particularly focused on developing mixed-integer linear programming (MILP) models, and exact and heuristic algorithms for large-scale combinatorial problems under uncertainty. In my doctoral study, I utilized branch and price (BP) algorithm and column generation (CG) as well as a wide range of metaheuristic algorithms, such as genetic algorithm (GA), tabu search (TS), variable neighborhood search (VNS), and imperialist competition algorithm (ICA) as optimization tools.

My independent research program is inspired by my graduate and postdoctoral studies and will investigate topics at the interface of manufacturing systems, machine learning, optimization under uncertainty, and large-scale optimization.
